Serving Lake Forest-Lake Bluff since 1967
The Left Bank was established 1966 by Gert+Bob Pasquesi. Originally the Pasquesi's had a food truck that served Hot dogs, Popcorn and Popsicles at the base of the concrete stairs at Lake Forest Beach.
As time went on Gert+Bob opened a brick and mortar location in an old barber shop in downtown Lake Forest. We've been serving up Hot Dogs and Not-So-Sloppy-Joes the same way since and don't plan on changing. Come check out the oldest family run restaurant in Lake Forest. Just look for the Barber Pole!
